I ordered a pair of shoes from shoeinn and, to be fair, the shoes themselves were totally fine. They arrived in good condition, looked as expected, and there wasn’t anything wrong with the product. Shipping did take a little longer than I’d hoped, but apparently patience is part of the shopping experience now.

The annoying part was the customs/import fee I had to pay when the package arrived. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere at checkout, but it definitely wasn’t obvious enough, because the final price ended up being less of a bargain than I thought. I might order again, but only after checking every possible fee first, since surprises are fun and everything.

The outer box had no major dents at all, just one tiny mark on a corner, which is nothing compared to the usual mess I’ve seen before.
